Learn Coaching Skills

Our coaching courses range from short courses for managers and leaders who wish to develop their coaching skills or full ILM courses for those wanting a fully accredited, professional coaching qualification.

Coaching skills have become an essential tool for any manager or leader, whether to drive individual or team performance or develop talent and potential.

According to the CIPD: “Coaching is an increasingly popular tool for supporting personal development. Almost 8/10 respondents reported that they now use coaching in their organisations. Of these 4/5 say they are seeking to develop a coaching culture”.

We offer a number of  coaching courses to suit a range of individual learning needs including in house short courses or full coaching qualifications.
