About

What’s in a name? 

Following a career in human resources management, Sherree Schaefer established Two Sixty Ltd in 2006 with the aim to provide quality career management services.

The name Two Sixty came about because 260 is the average number of days the average person works per year, in fact it is often used as the calculation for a day’s pay.  
Many people don’t realise just how much of our life we spend in work and we think that those days need to count towards a fulfilling and happy life.

We believe that through career management and support, we can help individuals to understand their skills, preferences and goals and match them to successful roles and careers. 

What we do.

Two Sixty has provided career management services for over 10 years. We have experience working with clients over a range of sectors including FTSE, SMEs, Public Sector and Not for Profit and have worked in the UK and Internationally. We have supported employers and employees across various industries including financial services, FMCG, utilities, technology, professional services, health (NHS) and education. 

We focus on:  

  • Career transition/ outplacement – supporting organisations and individuals during downsizing or a reorganisation. Helping employees to build confidence to mobilise and quickly re-enter the job market.
  • Inplacement support – providing support during a reorganisation and assisting employees to apply for internally advertised roles. 
  • Executive career management – working with executive and senior-level managers, providing executive coaching support often as a result of a job change or a promotion. 

We partner with organisations to develop support programmes which offer the best possible value for employees. Our person-centred approach means we work on a personal level, assessing individual needs and aspirations to enable the provision of timely and focussed support.
